Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. crab meat or imitation
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 Tbsp. milk
- paprika
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- pinch of garlic salt
- 1/4 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Directions

1Remove cartilage from crab meat and chop.

2In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and garlic salt until smooth.

3Add enough milk to make mixture creamy.

4Stir in 2 tablespoons of the grated cheese.

5Fold crab meat into cheese mixture.

6Pour into greased 1-quart casserole.

7Top with remaining cheese.

8Bake at 325° uncovered until mixture is bubbly and brown on top, about 30 minutes.

9Garnish with paprika.
