  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 Tbsp. milk
  • 6 1/2 oz. canned flake crabmeat, drained (fresh or frozen is okay)
  • 2 tsp. finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp. cream-style horseradish
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • toasted almonds

Directions

    Combine cream cheese and milk.

    Add crabmeat, chopped onion, horseradish, salt and pepper; blend well.

    Sprinkle with toasted almonds; bake at 375° for 15 minutes.
