Heath Coffee Cake

   Mix sugar, oleo and flour to make a crumb mixture.

   Take out 1/2 cup and set aside for topping.

   Beat and mix together egg, soda, vanilla and buttermilk.

   Fold into crumb mixture.

   Do not beat.

   Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch greased and floured pan.

   Crush Heath bars.

   Sprinkle crushed Heath bars and crumbs on top.

   Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.

    Test for doneness with toothpick.
