  • 1 lg. can peaches
  • 1 lg. can pears
  • 1 med. can pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup white raisins (optional)
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1/3 c. butter, melted
  • 2 tsp. curry powder
  • maraschino cherries

Directions

    Place all fruit (drained) except cherries in a 2 quart casserole. Blend butter, sugar and curry powder over low heat. If mixture seems too dry add a little fruit juice.

    Pour mixture over fruit. Decorate top with cherries. Bake in 350° oven for 1 hr.
