- 1 (8 3/4 oz.) can apricot halves
- 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can sliced pears
- 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can sliced peaches
- 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can sliced grapefruit
- 1 1/2 c. sliced banana
- 1 (17 oz.) jar dark pitted cherries
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. curry powder
- 1/4 c. brandy or sherry
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Drain all fruit and place in a 2-quart buttered baking dish. In a small mixing bowl, combine cornstarch, curry powder, cinnamon and sugar.
