Ingredients

  • 1 (8 3/4 oz.) can apricot halves
  • 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can sliced pears
  • 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can sliced peaches
  • 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can sliced grapefruit
  • 1 1/2 c. sliced banana
  • 1 (17 oz.) jar dark pitted cherries
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp. curry powder
  • 1/4 c. brandy or sherry
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. cinnamon

Directions

    Drain all fruit and place in a 2-quart buttered baking dish. In a small mixing bowl, combine cornstarch, curry powder, cinnamon and sugar.
