- 1 (1 lb.) can sliced pineapple
- 1 (1 lb.) can peach halves
- 1 (1 lb.) can apricot halves
- 1 (1 lb.) can Queen Anne cherries, pitted
- 1 (15 oz.) jar apple rings
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. sherry (optional)
Directions

1Drain off fruit.

2Cut pineapple in half.

3Arrange fruit in casserole dish.

4Heat in pan butter, sugar and sherry.

5Cool and pour over the fruit.

6cover and chill overnight in refrigerator. Before serving, heat in 350° oven for 20 to 25 minutes.

7Uncover to heat, but re-cover to keep hot after baking until ready to serve.
