  • 1 can each: sliced pineapple, pear halves, peach halves, apricot halves and apple rings, drained
  • 1/4 lb. butter
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. sherry

    Arrange fruit in large casserole with apple rings on top. Pour Cream Sauce over the fruit.
