  • 1 (16 oz.) can applesauce
  • 1 (16 oz.) can apricot halves, drained
  • 1 (16 oz.) can pear halves, drained
  • 1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained
  • 1 (16 oz.) can white cherries, drained and pitted
  • 1 (16 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1/4 lb. brown sugar
  • 3/4 stick butter
  • cinnamon
  • nutmeg

Directions

    Arrange fruit in layers in buttered 3-quart casserole. Sprinkle each layer with brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg; dot with butter.

    Bake in a 300° oven for about 30 minutes.
