- 2 cups rice
- 4 cups water
- 1 tablespoon garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon garlic
- 2 dried red chilies
- 1 cup spring onion
- 1/4 cup carrot
- 3 tablespoons oil
- salt
- 1 tablespoon chili-garlic sauce
- 1/4 cup red capsicum
- 3 tablespoons soya sauce
- 3 medium fried walnuts, for garnishing
Directions

1Boil 4 cups of water.

2Add rice to it.

3Add salt to taste.

4Stir and allow to cook.

5Drain.

6Add cold water and drain once more.

7Now heat oil in a wok.

8Add garlic paste, chopped garlic and red chillies.

9Fry for 3-4 minutes.

10Add spring onions, carrot, capsicum and salt.

11Mix well.

12Add rice, soya sauce and garlic chili sauce.
