- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1/4 c. catsup
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. oregano
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Saute meat in tiny bit of olive oil until brown.

2Add onion and cook until tender.

3Add remaining ingredients and stir over low heat until cheese melts (double boiler works best).

4Spoon into chafing dish and keep warm.

5Serve with corn chips.
