- 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
- 1/2 c. hot enchilada sauce
- 2 c. cornbread crumbs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. hot enchilada sauce
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Directions

1Mix the first 4 ingredients well and roll into small (nickel size) balls. Bake in oven in edged pan for 15 to 18 minutes at 350°.

2Heat the enchilada sauce and tomato sauce.

3Pour over drained meatballs in casserole dish.

4Heat until ready to serve. Can be served with toothpicks.
