"Hot" Meat Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
  • 1/2 c. hot enchilada sauce
  • 2 c. cornbread crumbs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. hot enchilada sauce
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce

Directions

    Mix the first 4 ingredients well and roll into small (nickel size) balls. Bake in oven in edged pan for 15 to 18 minutes at 350°.

    Heat the enchilada sauce and tomato sauce.

    Pour over drained meatballs in casserole dish.

    Heat until ready to serve. Can be served with toothpicks.
