Ingredients

  • 2 carrots
  • 3 celery
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 jalapeno
  • 1 pickling vinegar
  • 3 tbsp sea salt
  • 2 tbsp dill or use 2 sprigs of fresh dill
  • 1 pinch black pepper corns
  • 1 pinch crushed red pepper

Directions

    Slice all veggies and place in jar

    Add all dry ingredients
  3. 3
    Add vinegar and seal jar/jars
  4. 4
    Boil jar/jars in a water bath for up to 30 minutes.

    Water temp should be 180 to kill off any bacteria.

    Place jar/jars on a towel and allow to cool.

    Lids will seal as they cool.

    Note... this is not a pressure cooking method.
