- 2 carrots
- 3 celery
- 1 cucumber
- 2 jalapeno
- 1 pickling vinegar
- 3 tbsp sea salt
- 2 tbsp dill or use 2 sprigs of fresh dill
- 1 pinch black pepper corns
- 1 pinch crushed red pepper
Directions

1Slice all veggies and place in jar

2Add all dry ingredients

3Add vinegar and seal jar/jars

4Boil jar/jars in a water bath for up to 30 minutes.

5Water temp should be 180 to kill off any bacteria.

6Place jar/jars on a towel and allow to cool.

7Lids will seal as they cool.

8Note... this is not a pressure cooking method.

9Eat and enjoy or put on shelf
