  • monterey jack cheese, grated
  • cream cheese
  • garlic
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 (8 ounce) can tomatoes

    saute onions in garlic and your choice of seasonings.

    roast chilies.

    put chilies in caserole dish and stuff with half cheese, half cream cheese.

    add canned and fresh tomatoes on top with chieese.

    bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
