- 2 Tbsp. bacon grease
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 large green pepper, chopped
- 1 lb. can tomatoes (Italian style), chopped
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 small can chopped green chiles
- 2 lb. box Velveeta cheese
Directions

1In large saucepan, saute onion and pepper in grease.

2Add tomatoes, flour, chili powder and green chiles.

3Stir and cook until thickened.

4Add Velveeta cheese and stir on low heat until cheese melts.

5Serve with nacho chips.

6Makes about 5 cups. Freezes well!
