  • 2 1/2 c. shelled Spanish peanuts
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 3/4 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper

Directions

    Roast peanuts in preheated 350° oven for 25 minutes.

    Drain. Combine remaining ingredients and mix with peanuts.

    Let cool. Store in airtight container.
