- 1 frying chicken
- 1/4 c. peanut oil
- 2 medium onions, sliced
- 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
- 8 tomatoes, peeled and sliced or 1 large can whole, peeled tomatoes
- 2 tsp. tomato paste
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 2 tsp. cayenne pepper
Directions

1Season and boil chicken until well done for approximately a half hour.

2Remove from the pot.

3Then skin and debone the cooked chicken.

4Next, fry the chicken in peanut oil until lightly browned.

5Set aside.
