  • 10 qt. hot peppers, cut into rings
  • 3 qt. water
  • 1/2 gal. oil
  • 1 gal. vinegar
  • 1/2 can or less oregano
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lb. pickling salt

Directions

    Mix solution of water, oil, vinegar, oregano, garlic and pickling salt.

    Pour over pepper rings and soak in refrigerator overnight.

    Remove peppers from solution.

    Boil solution.

    Pack pepper rings in jars.
  6. 6
    Pour hot solution in jars over pepper rings.

    Seal.
