- 10 qt. hot peppers, cut into rings
- 3 qt. water
- 1/2 gal. oil
- 1 gal. vinegar
- 1/2 can or less oregano
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lb. pickling salt
Directions

1Mix solution of water, oil, vinegar, oregano, garlic and pickling salt.

2Pour over pepper rings and soak in refrigerator overnight.

3Remove peppers from solution.

4Boil solution.

5Pack pepper rings in jars.

6Pour hot solution in jars over pepper rings.

7Seal.
