  • 3 large (24 oz.) bottles catsup
  • 2 c. Wesson oil
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. vinegar (red)
  • 3 c. water
  • 1 tsp. or less salt

Directions

    Mix together and boil 5 minutes.

    Put peppers (removing seed veins with rubber gloves on) in hot jars.

    Pour hot mixture over them and seal; let sit overnight before moving.
