- 15 slices garlic (2 or 3 cloves)
- 1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
- 2 tsp. hot oil
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 splash sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp. meat tenderizer
- 4 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 4 or 5 hot peppers
Directions

1Cook hot peppers in vegetable oil until black; strain and set aside.

2Let cucumbers set in salt water 2 to 3 hours.

3Wash with cold water.

4Mix all ingredients together.

5Will last for up to 1 week.
