- 2 to 3 lb. roast
- 6 to 8 potatoes
- 1 qt. kraut
- 1/2 pt. hot peppers
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. unseasoned meat tenderizer
Directions

1Place roast in crock-pot.

2Sprinkle garlic powder and meat tenderizer on roast.

3Pour in enough water to cover roast about 1/2 inch.

4Cook on high for 4 hours.

5Add potatoes.

6Cook on high for 2 more hours.

7Add hot peppers and kraut.

8Cook on high for 1 more hour.

9Serve.
