  • 2 qt. cranberry juice
  • 2 qt. unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 1 qt. water
  • 2 lemons, sliced and quartered
  • 1 qt. water
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp. cloves
  • 1 tbsp. allspice
  • 4 sticks cinnamon

Directions

    Put sugar, cloves, allspice, cinnamon and lemons in a cheese cloth.

    Cook everything for 30 minutes on medium.

    Remove cheesecloth and cook on simmer for 20 minutes.
