Ingredients
- 2 qt. chopped green bell pepper
- 2 qt. chopped green tomatoes
- 2 qt. chopped cucumbers
- 2 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. chopped red bell pepper
- 3 c. vinegar
- 1 to 2 hot peppers, chopped
- 4 c. sugar
- 2 c. water
- 6 tsp. pickling salt
Directions

1Wash peppers, remove seeds and core.

2In a 6 to 8-quart boiler, combine sugar, vinegar, water and pickling salt.

3Bring to a boil.

4Add all ingredients and bring to a boil for about 5 minutes.

5Place a clove of garlic in each hot, sterilized pint jar.

6Fill jars to 1/2-inch of top.

7Use plenty of liquid when filling.

8Remove air bubbles.

9Wipe jar tops and threads clean. Place hot lids and band on.

10Screw tight.

11Process in boiling water canner for 5 minutes to seal.
