- 1 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 1/4 c. water
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 c. unsifted flour
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 c. warm water
Directions

1Use a large bowl.

2Put yeast in bowl; mix in sugar, eggs, salt, warm water, oil and flour.

3Knead well; cover and set aside for 8 hours or overnight.

4For individual muffins, make roll about size of golf ball.

5For plain rolls, put golf ball size rolls all into same pan.

6Let rise.

7Bake for 12 minutes at 375°, until golden brown.
