  • 1 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 1/4 c. water
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 4 c. unsifted flour
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 c. warm water

Directions

    Use a large bowl.

    Put yeast in bowl; mix in sugar, eggs, salt, warm water, oil and flour.

    Knead well; cover and set aside for 8 hours or overnight.

    For individual muffins, make roll about size of golf ball.

    For plain rolls, put golf ball size rolls all into same pan.

    Let rise.

    Bake for 12 minutes at 375°, until golden brown.
