- 5 to 6 c. sifted flour
- pinch of salt
- 2 c. water
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. oil
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 1/4 c. lukewarm water
- 2 eggs, beaten
Directions

1Add salt to sifted flour.

2Boil the water.

3In bowl, put sugar and oil.

4Pour water over sugar and oil mixture.

5Stir. Dissolve yeast in the lukewarm water.

6Add beaten eggs and yeast to bowl.

7Stir in flour, a little at a time.

8Place 1/2 of mixture, covered, in refrigerator.

9Cover other 1/2 and let rise for 1 hour at room temperature.

10Roll out and let rolls rest for 45 minutes on greased pan, folded over with 1/2 pat of butter. Bake in cold oven (no preheat) for 10 minutes at 400°.

11Then proceed with 1/2 of mixture in refrigerator.
