  • 2 c. ground jalapeno peppers
  • 1 (32 oz.) bottle catsup
  • 2 c. vinegar
  • 1/4 c. sugar (optional)

Directions

    Place all ingredients in heavy boiler and bring to a boil. Turn heat to simmer and let simmer for about 45 minutes or until thick like catsup.

    Pour into small bottles and cap.

    This is good on meats, but my favorite is fish.
