  • 12 to 14 fresh jalapenos
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes with juice
  • 1 (10 oz.) can Snap-E Tom
  • 1/2 c. chili sauce
  • 1/3 c. vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 3 Tbsp. Louisiana hot sauce

Directions

    Blend peppers, onion and tomatoes.

    Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil.

    Simmer 20 minutes and pour into jars; seal.
