- 8 medium onions
- 8 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 2 qt. ripe tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 1/2 c. cider vinegar
Directions

1Mix all ingredients except for the vinegar and tomato sauce. Put it through a food chopper.

2Add vinegar and tomato sauce. Simmer for 2 1/2 hours.

3Cold pack or pressure.

4Pressure for pints for 10 minutes at 5 pounds.
