- 1 pkg. hot or mild sausage
- 1 can tomato juice
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- dash of cayenne red pepper
Directions

1In skillet, saute onion and pepper.

2In same skillet, brown sausages.

3Pour sausages (drained), onion and pepper into crock-pot or slow cooker.

4Pour tomato juice over sausage.

5Add red pepper.

6Let simmer on low for 2 to 4 hours.
