  • 1/2 cup bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup cheese
  • 1/4 cup broccoli
  • 2 slice turkey bacon
  • 3 each eggs

    3 large eggs beaten with sour cream.

    Add 1/4 cup bell peppers, onion, broccoli and cheese of your choice.

    I used a small pan and spooned the mixture into greased Omelette pan.
