Hot Sesame Broccoli

- 1 12 teaspoons dark sesame oil
- 1 12 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 12 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 14 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 12 lbs broccoli
Directions

1In small saucepan heat the sesame oil and vegetable oil until hot but not smoking.

2Remove from heat and add red pepper flakes and let sit for 15 minutes.

3Return to stove and add the garlic, soy sauce, sugar, lemon juice and water.

4Cook until heated through and reduce heat to low while preparing broccoli.

5Wash broccoli and separate into spears.

6Steam or cook in microwave until tender, but still crisp.

7Place broccoli in large bowl and add sauce mixture, tossing to coat evenly.

8Serve immediately.
