- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 1/2 c. warm water (105~ to 110~)
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 1/4 to 4 c. unbleached flour
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425°.

2Dissolve yeast, sugar and salt in warm water.

3Stir in flour.

4Place on floured board; knead for 10 minutes.

5Pinch off small strips of dough.

6Roll into ropes between palms.

7Shape like pretzels.

8Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
