Hot Spinach Balls

  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped, frozen spinach
  • 2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 c. butter, melted
  • 1/2 Tbsp. thyme
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Directions

    Cook spinach and drain.

    Squeeze out liquid while draining. Mix all ingredients.

    Chill 2 hours or more.

    Roll into 1-inch balls.

    Freeze or refrigerate.

    Bake at 300° for 30 minutes, until golden brown.

    If desired, roll in additional cheese.
