  • 1/2 cups Honey
  • 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cups Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoons Ground Ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons Red Pepper Flakes
  • 8 pieces Chicken Pieces (legs, Thighs, Or Both)

Directions

    Preheat oven 400 degrees F. In a medium bowl, mix together the marinade ingredients (everything except the chicken) with a wire whisk, making sure all ingredients are blended well.

    Set aside.

    Place chicken pieces on a sheet pan, separated and not touching.

    Whisk the marinade ingredients one more time and pour over chicken pieces, making sure each one is coated.

    Bake for 45-55 minutes, basting with the marinade in the pan every 20 minutes.
