- 1/2 cups Honey
- 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cups Rice Wine Vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoons Ground Ginger
- 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Red Pepper Flakes
- 8 pieces Chicken Pieces (legs, Thighs, Or Both)
Directions

1Preheat oven 400 degrees F. In a medium bowl, mix together the marinade ingredients (everything except the chicken) with a wire whisk, making sure all ingredients are blended well.

2Set aside.

3Place chicken pieces on a sheet pan, separated and not touching.

4Whisk the marinade ingredients one more time and pour over chicken pieces, making sure each one is coated.

5Bake for 45-55 minutes, basting with the marinade in the pan every 20 minutes.

6Note: All marinade ingredients can be adjusted to your taste.
