  • 6 submarine rolls
  • bologna
  • ham
  • salami
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • mild pepper rings
  • sliced American cheese
  • sliced Swiss cheese

Directions

    Lay rolls open faced on cookie sheet.

    Cut meat sliced in half.

    Put one slice of each meat on rolls, dividing equally.

    Top 1 side with onion slices, the other side with pepper rings and top one side with American cheese, the other with Swiss cheese.

    Cut cheese so that it doesn't hang over sides of roll.

    Bake at 400° until cheese is melted.
