- 1/2 lb. American cheese or Velveeta
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 large bag frozen California mixed vegetables (broccoli, carrots and cauliflower), thawed and drained
- 1 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
Directions

1Cut the cheese into chunks and put cheese and 1/4 cup butter in top of double boiler.

2Melt until smooth.

3Put vegetables into casserole.

4Pour melted cheese sauce over vegetables and mix. Melt the other 1/4 cup butter.

5Mix in cracker crumbs. Sprinkle the crumbs on top of the vegetables.

6Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
