  • 1/4 c. oleo
  • 1/3 c. flour
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. Velveeta
  • 8 oz. tomato and chilies (Ro-Tel)
  • 2 cans tuna (water pack)
  • 1 Tbsp. dried onion or 1/2 medium fresh onion

Directions

    Combine oleo and flour in saucepan.

    Add milk and cook until thick.

    Add cheese, salt, pepper, Ro-Tel, tuna and onion.

    Heat and stir until cheese melts.

    Serve over toast, rice or chips. Good served with English peas.
