- 1/2 c. boiling water
- 1 tsp. salt (optional)
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 3 c. flour
Directions

1Stir lard, salt, sugar and boiling water together until it is a creamy mass and well blended.

2Then stir in flour.

3Chill at least 30 minutes.

4This crust is good kept in refrigerator for several weeks and can also be frozen.
