- 3 Tbsp. margarine or butter
- 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. onion salt
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 to 3/4 crushed corn flakes, crackers or bread crumbs
- 1 lb. fish fillets (1/2-inch thick)
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Melt margarine in 13 x 9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish in oven.

3In shallow pan, combine flour and onion salt.

4In medium bowl, combine egg, water and lemon juice. Place corn flakes in another medium bowl.

5Coat fish fillets with flour mixture; dip in egg mixture.

6Coat with corn flakes.

7Place fish in baking dish; turn to coat with melted margarine.

8Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
