- 2 to 3 lb. chicken wings
- Tony Chachere's creole seasoning
- bar-b-que sauce
- vegetable oil
Directions

1Cut chicken wings apart.

2Discard wing tips.

3Sprinkle with Tony Chachere's to taste.

4(If you want them hot add more seasoning to them.)

5Let sit until you can see sweat droplets on the chicken. Drop into hot vegetable oil.

6Cook until done (it doesn't take long to cook).

7Take them out of the oil and drop them straight into the bar-b-que sauce of your choice.

8Coat them heavily with sauce and put on a platter.

9Do this until they are all done.

10Let sit a few minutes.
