  • 3 lb. chicken wings
  • 1 (16 oz.) can Cajun style tomato sauce
  • 1 c. cayenne pepper sauce (Red Devil, red hot)
  • 1/2 c. olive oil
  • McCormick Hot Shot black and red pepper blend

Directions

    Cut each chicken wing at the joint, discarding wing tip. Place in large bowl; mix together sauce and oil.

    Pour over chicken wings and mix to coat well.

    Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours or overnight to blend flavors.

    Place wings in single layer in large baking pan and sprinkle with pepper.

    Bake in hot 425° oven.

    Turn frequently with spatula for even browning.
