- 3 lb. chicken wings
- 1 (16 oz.) can Cajun style tomato sauce
- 1 c. cayenne pepper sauce (Red Devil, red hot)
- 1/2 c. olive oil
- McCormick Hot Shot black and red pepper blend
Directions

1Cut each chicken wing at the joint, discarding wing tip. Place in large bowl; mix together sauce and oil.

2Pour over chicken wings and mix to coat well.

3Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours or overnight to blend flavors.

4Place wings in single layer in large baking pan and sprinkle with pepper.

5Bake in hot 425° oven.

6Turn frequently with spatula for even browning.
