  • 1 lb. block of butter at room temperature
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp. minced fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. white wine
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

    Put the butter in a medium bowl and smooth out with a spoon.

    Add the rest of the ingredients and blend with the spoon.

    Place the butter on a sheet of wax paper or parchment paper and roll into a log about 2-inches round.

    Fold over the ends and place in refrigerator for about 2 hours to let it harden.

    To serve, remove from refrigerator, slice off a piece and put on cooked food to let it melt a little.
