- 1 gallon Milk
- 1/4 cups Vinegar
- 1 piece Muslin Or Cotton Cloth
Directions

1Boil the milk.

2When the milk boils, add the vinegar.

3When the milk curdles fully, turn off the gas and keep aside for 5 minutes.

4Pour mixture on to a cotton/muslin cloth and tie it with a tight knot.

5Put a heavy weight on it to drain the remaining water and make the paneer firm (drain for at least 2 hours).

6You can shape the paneer any way you want.
