  • 1 gallon Milk
  • 1/4 cups Vinegar
  • 1 piece Muslin Or Cotton Cloth

    Boil the milk.

    When the milk boils, add the vinegar.

    When the milk curdles fully, turn off the gas and keep aside for 5 minutes.

    Pour mixture on to a cotton/muslin cloth and tie it with a tight knot.

    Put a heavy weight on it to drain the remaining water and make the paneer firm (drain for at least 2 hours).

    You can shape the paneer any way you want.
