  • 3 c. flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 8 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 c. chopped pecans, 1 c. at a time
  • chopped bananas

Directions

    Combine dry ingredients in large bowl.

    Add eggs and oil; stir until ingredients are moist (do not beat).

    Stir in remaining ingredients and pour in 3 greased round cake pans and bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 350°.
