- 3 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 1/2 c. oil
- 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 2 c. white sugar
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
Directions

1Mix dry ingredients together.

2Add eggs and oil.

3Stir only until dry ingredients are moistened; do not beat.

4Stir in everything else, except 1 cup of nuts.

5Bake in three 9-inch pans at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pans 10 minutes before removing.

6Fill and frost.
