  • 12 cup white onion, chopped
  • 14 cup reduced-fat Italian salad dressing
  • 2 lbs ground turkey
  • 34 cup ketchup, divided
  • 1 (6 ounce) package Stove Top low-sodium chicken stuffing mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 egg whites
  • 12 cup reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese

    Preheat oven to 375.

    Cook onion sin dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes, or until golden brown, stirring frequently.

    Remove from heat; cool slightly.

    Combine meat, 1/4 cup of ketchup, the stuffing mix, water, egg whites, and onions; mix well.

    Pleace neat mixture in a 13x9-inch baking dish; shape into 10x5-inch loaf.

    Spread with remaining 1/2 cup ketchup.

    Bake 55 minutes to 1 hour or until cooked through.
