  • 1 can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp. garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil

Directions

    Puree all five ingredients in a food processor until smooth.

    Cover and chill for 30 minutes.

    Drizzle with a little olive oil before serving and chopped parsley.
