  • 1 gal. Yellow onions, finely chopped
  • 5 Tbsp. oil
  • 1-1/4 gal. Canned chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained, rinsed
  • 1-1/4 qt. Canned whole kernel corn, drained
  • 10 Tbsp. garlic, minced
  • 10 Tbsp. KRAFT Light Classic Caesar Reduced Fat Dressing

Directions

    Saute onions in hot oil until tender.

    Place onions and all remaining ingredients in food processor container; cover.

    Process until well blended.

    Place in large bowl; cover.

    Refrigerate 2 hours or until chilled.
