- 3 large cloves garlic
- 2 lemons, juice of
- 13 cup tahini paste
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 14 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 14 teaspoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- parsley, and paprika garnish
Directions

1Add all ingredients, except for the reserved garbanzo bean juice, to the work bowl of your food processor (could also use a blender).

3While the processor is still running, slowly add reserved garbanzo bean juice through the feed chute until desired consistency.
