  • 1 clove Garlic, Peeled And Sliced
  • 2 Tablespoons Water
  • 3 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1- 1/2 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cups Sesame Tahini
  • 1 pinch Smoked Paprika (optional)

    Combine garbanzo beans, salt, cayenne, cumin, garlic, water, lemon juice, olive oil and tahini in the bowl of a food processor.

    Cover and pulse until smooth.

    Taste and adjust salt, if necessary.

    Transfer to a bowl, and sprinkle with a pinch of smoked paprika, if desired.
