  • 2/3 c. fresh lemon juice *
  • 3/4 sesame or tahini paste
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • pita bread, sliced into 1 1/2-inch strips
